Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
2 pears, halved and cored
2 Tbsps maple syrup
1-2 tsps melted butter (I used a plant-based butter)
pinch or more of cinnamon
pinch or more of ground ginger
vanilla yogurt or ice cream (I used a frozen almond beverage dessert)
walnuts or pecans for topping (I used my homemade granola)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a pan with parchment paper.
Place pears on the pan. Drizzle maple syrup and butter over the pears.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Top with ice cream and granola. Serve.
