Crown Salad

Serves:  4-6


2 cups cut broccoli crowns

¼ cup diced purple onion

1-2 diced apples

⅓ cup mayo

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

1-2 Tbsps each of dried fruit, goji berries, hemp seeds 

1-2 Tbsps of fresh pomegranate seeds

1-2 Tbsps of chopped nuts and/or seeds of choice

Black sesame seeds


In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together.  Taste and adjust seasoning.  Chill.  Sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.
